General payment terms:

• Initial deposits are typically required to begin work
• Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Work may be suspended for overdue accounts
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work created specifically for their project.

However, we retain:

• Rights to our proprietary methods, processes, and frameworks
• Rights to general knowledge and skills gained during the project
• Rights to showcase the work in our portfolio
• Rights to use the work as a case study for marketing purposes

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely feedback and approvals
• Supplying necessary content, images, and materials
• Ensuring they have rights to all provided content
• Making timely payments as agreed
• Providing access to necessary accounts and platforms
• Communicating changes or concerns promptly

The materials on Boostify Guru's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Boostify Guru makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

We do not guarantee specific results from our services, as success depends on many factors outside our control.

In no event shall Boostify Guru or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website, even if we or our authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination terms are specified in individual service agreements.

Upon termination:

• Client remains responsible for payment of work completed
• We will provide work completed to date
• Confidentiality obligations continue
• Both parties release each other from future obligations

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

Boostify Guru reserves the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email or through our website.
